Practical teaching on interpretation and application of God-given symbols and metaphors.

The Seer's Guide to Symbolism is an excellent resource that encourages believers to consider how and what the Lord would be speaking to us through pictures and metaphors received through dreams, visions, and everyday occurrences. Fred graciously teaches that while God never adds to or takes away from what is revealed through the Bible, God does continue to speak to us personally through metaphors to confirm and encourage what He has already spoken through the Word. While this guide provides insightful examples of possible interpretations of specific symbols, the greatest value comes from the admonishment to be actively expecting the Lord to speak to us individually, and dig into the Word of God while leaning into the Holy Spirit for the interpretation and application He longs to attach to those symbols and metaphors.

Helps to bring clear understanding

this book helped to bring greater understanding and clarity into my dreams, of course, i have to ask the Holy Spirit, the primary Agent unravel the mystery behind the dreams, but this book, helped a lot in it. It has helped to provide prayer direction, so I know I am praying with greater effectiveness with the revelation I received.

Read this in one sitting, couldn't put it down, awesome handbook for anyones library or nightstand which is where I'm keeping mine. I especially enjoyed the section on Angels, very biblically sound without over spiritualizing them.
